刘　梅

         刘梅，女，1975年3月生，山东高密人。2003年毕业于浙江大学植物病理学专业，研究生学历，博士学位。现任山东省海洋科学研究院海洋食品与医药研究所研究员。兼任青岛大学硕士研究生校外合作导师，《Aquaculture、Fish & Shellfish Immunology》《Aquaculture Nutrition、Aquaculture Research》等期刊审稿人，山东省科技特派员。
        主要从事水产动物免疫/营养代谢调控机制研究与安全水产养殖投入品开发工作。主持了国家高技术研究发展计划（863计划）课题、国家自然科学基金课题、山东省自然科学基金课题、青岛市应用基础研究课题以及青岛市市南区科技发展资金课题等10余项。发表研究论文120余篇，其中在《Aquaculture》《Frontiers in Immunology》《Fish & Shellfish Immunology》《Aquaculture Nutrition》发表论文《Insights into the fatty acid binding protein of Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) suffering acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease infection》《Identification and expression analysis of an interacting protein (LvFABP) that mediates Vibrio parahaemolyticus AHPND toxin action》《The combined analysis of transcriptomics and metabolomics reveals the mechanisms by which dietary quercetin regulates growth and immunity in Penaeus vannamei》《Mechanistic target of rapamycin inhibition with rapamycin induces autophagy and correlative regulation in white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei)》等SCI论文70余篇。获国家/国际发明专利授权20余件。
